Linda Effinger

GME Institutional Coordinator

Linda Effinger is institutional coordinator for the Willis Knighton Health Office of Graduate Medical Education and assistant to Chief Academic Officer Joseph A. Bocchini Jr., MD, FAAP. She is a community leader with more than 40 years of experience with many organizations in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Longview, Texas. Our GME program has grown tremendously, thanks to her years of academic and student/resident experience, infectious attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to multitask. From musical to humanistic to sports non-profits, her efforts are recognized and appreciated by many. Most recently, Effinger was named to the Independence Bowl Foundation Board of Directors.
