Shelley Pate, a native of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, is a resident of Shreveport. Shelley has supported the Psychiatry Residency Program since its inception and takes pleasure in collaborating closely with the faculty and residents in training . Shelley is a veteran of the United States, having served as a Yeoman in the US Navy. Shelley has worked as an office manager for Willis Knighton for many years and has over 25 years of experience in healthcare.  Shelley has held several positions in medical education, including Medical Staff Coordinator and Education Site Coordinator at Brentwood Hospital. In addition to spending time with her spouse, four grown children, and six grandchildren, Shelley loves the outdoors, her three German Shepherd Dogs and is an avid German Shepherd dog breeder.
