The Internal Medicine Residency Program utilizes a 4+1 rotation schedule. During the +1 week, the residents will complete at least four (4) half day sessions at the continuity clinic during PGY-1 and PGY-2. During the PGY-3 year, the residents will complete 8 half day sessions at the continuity clinic during their +1 week. Each year of the program, residents will have at least 10 weeks of continuity clinic. This totals to 160 continuity clinic sessions over 30 months of training. All other rotations are either 4 weeks in length or divided into 2 weeks experiences combined with night float.
